LocalBridge.exe seems to be a legitimate process that belongs to Windows, Microsoft Office in particular. It’s a process that you may encounter in Task Manager, hence why you would be reading this. However, users have reported numerous times that they keep getting an error that says LocalBridge.exe – Bad Image Error, following with an explanation that a .dll file “is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator of the software vendor for support”. It appears that the error pops up numerous times and disrupts users from using their computers normally. Users have reported that the error is usually fixed when the computer is booted in Safe Mode and the program is repaired or reinstalled.
