Dbytheseth.fun is a highly questionable website that’s promoting a social engineering scam. When you get redirected to it, a browser pop-up will appear saying “Dbytheseth.fun wants to show notifications”. If you press “Allow”, you will be spammed with advertisements directly on your desktop. Usually, allowing a legitimate/trustworthy website to show notifications means you will see important updates on your desktop without needing to visit the site. For example, if you allow a news web site to show notifications, you will get important news stories directly to your desktop. It essentially allows sites to keep users up to date without them needing to visit the sites.
